Investment / Prices (2025) *

Photography is an investment in your love and life memories. It's a fantastic gift to yourselves and loved ones too! 

(I offer beautiful, personalised digital gift certificates which can be printed and are valid for a year after purchase and any of the experiences below) ​​

The following prices and experiences are the perfect fit for capturing the memories of your family (including pregnancy, newborns and dogs and other companion animals encouraged to join, they are part of the family after all! up to 2 included in all sessions), couples (including engagement), dogs (and other companion animals) on their own, and individuals on their own.

*Excludes: weddings, events (bespoke price available on request), mini sessions, promotions, surprise proposals (as these require more preparation and time - see separate price below), personal branding and commercial photography and location photography permit fees for some popular locations (see extras below- I will advise on this).

a 25% non-refundable (but transferrable to a new date with 48hrs notice) Booking Fee is required to secure your date. Full payment at least 48hrs before the session. ​​​​

​Each experience includes (see individual experiences for details): ​

 

  • consultation (emails and/or a call) prior to the day with tips (dog training, what to wear, location choices...). Option to meet in person! 

  • a relaxed, candid photography session (length depends on experience booked) with gentle directing  and prompts - no formal posing 

  • online viewing gallery (private & password protected) of edited images in my signature style (colour and black & white) available for 3 months, within 1 month of the photography session date.

  • a number of high-resolution images (depending on the experienced booked - can be upgraded once you've seen the pictures if you want more) with a license for private use and printing of your favourite images to pick from the gallery, supplied via digital download

  • London zones 1-3 location(s) for the session (outdoors or indoors) - travel further away available for an additional cost (see extras)​

"Petite" Experience 

(£299)

includes

  • a 30min relaxed, candid photography session in 1 location of your choice in London** ​

  • online viewing gallery (private & password protected) of edited images (signature style and black & white) available for 3 months, within 1 month of the session date​

  • 3 high-resolution and web-size digital files (for private use and printing only) of your favourite images to pick from the gallery, supplied by digital download

"Grande" Experience 

(£399)

includes

  • a 1-2hr relaxed, candid session in up to 2 locations of your choice (within a 15min max walk from each other) in London** ​

  • online viewing gallery (private & password protected) of edited images (signature style and black & white) available for 3 months, within 1 month of the session date​

  • 10 edited high-resolution and web-size digital files (for private use and printing only) of your favourite images to pick from the gallery, supplied by digital download

"Complète" Experience 

(£599)

includes

  • a 1-2hr relaxed, informal session in up to 2 locations of your choice (within a 15min max walk from each other) and with 1 outfit change, in London**​

  • sneak peak of a few edited pictures within 72hrs of the session. ​

  • online viewing gallery (private & password protected) of edited images (signature style and black & white) available for 3 months, within 1 month of the session date​

  • all edited high-resolution and web-size digital files (for private use and printing only) - usually around 50+ - supplied by digital download

Surprise Wedding Proposal (£699) 

experience includes:

 

  • a call or video call and emails / texts (with plenty of advice to help you propose including location, timings, ....) beforehand to organise the proposal and make sure that I know where to be and when and what your plans are 

  • my capturing the proposal at the place and time agreed. London Zone 1-3 included, further available for an additional cost

  • followed by a "complète session" (see above for details) around the area of the proposal

  • sneak peak of a few edited pictures within 48hrs of the session so you can announce the news if you want to

  • all edited high-resolution and web-size digital files (for private use and printing only - signature style and black & white) of both the proposal and following couple session - usually around 70+ - supplied by digital download

Family Event Photography (from £499) 

for parties (excluding weddings) including birthday, anniversary, christening, engagement..

 

Minimum booking is 2 hours, prices start at £499.

​

The following rates and prices cover attendance of one photographer at your venue (time stated below is time at venue excluding travel), travel within the M25, post production, supply of all usable images (average of 40 images per hour, edited and in high resolution jpeg) via electronic file transfer (preview of up to 10 images within 12hrs of the event ending and the rest within 1 week - process may be sped up and reduced to 72hrs for an additional £300 fee or 48hrs for an additional £600fee). These prices include all tax calculations and are the total price. For events outside of London additional travel and accommodation may also be charged (at cost). Second photographer on request. 

 

  • Two hours photography, £499

  • Three hours photography, £650

  • Four hours photography, £800

  • Five hours photography, £950

  • Six hours photography, £1100

  • Seven hours photography, £1200

  • Full day (eight hours) photography, £1300

​Extras available:


- additional animal (in addition to the 2 included): £50 per animal for the session
- additional individual edited high res images (in addition to the ones included in collections): £50 per image
- upgrade/purchase of the full gallery available at any time before and after the session for up to 2 years  (all edited high res images captured on day and edited): £200 for the Petite Session (usually 20+ images) or £200 for Grande Session (usually 50+ images in total)
- professionally printed and photo gifts (albums, printed photos or posters, canvas...) available via my gallery website too (prices vary depending on item and quality picked - price list available on request)​

- 1min video highlight of the session: £300
- edited high resolution digital files purchased, presented in a USB stick: £99​

- photography permit for locations requiring one: at cost (varies depending on the location - I will assist/advise with these)
- commercial use of photographs (on request)
- priority delivery / faster editing time: 2 weeks (vs 1 month) + £250, 1 week + £400

- travel beyond London Zone 3, at cost (a quote can be sent)​

- Travel to locations more than 2hrs away from South East London, additional £300 (to cover time, transport and hotel)

Terms & Conditions:

​

- Digital "only" collections with a limited number of high resolution edited JPEG images included (transferred via website or download link)
- Digital Files come with a license / release for personal use (and printing) only and cannot be used sold/used for commercial use
- High Resolution Digital Files come fully edited with a private print release, so you can print them at any time, in any size you wish
- The copyright of all files stays with Aurélie Four Photography and modifications (applying filters, cropping, changing colours or modifying the pictures) are not permitted
- Conditions (number of people, animals, weather, postponing/cancellation notice, government guidelines) & some black out dates may apply. Availability vary and is usually low on weekends between Spring and early Autumn (due to peak wedding season)
-Gift certificates purchased for any of these experiences are not redeemable for cash and non-transferable. Gift certificates can be redeemed towards a different, more expensive photography experience including wedding and proposal photography (cost difference to be paid by the bearer)
- The session can be postponed at client's request, once, with at least 48hrs notice or if outdoors in poor weather with no shelter and we agree to change it at least 24hrs before
- **Travel up to London Zone 3 included
